Amgen Building 4
This project was the complete interior demolition and remodel of Abgenix Building 4 which was an existing 127,000 SF multi-tenant office building. This project included construction of 27,000 SF of new office and 69,000 SF of new lab including QA/QC of raw product and cGMP storage of raw product, QA/QC of finished product and cGMP storage of finished product, a packaging lab and high bay freezers for storage of materials. MAI also made modifications to the shell building exterior. The project was validated to meet FDA, cGMP and EU standards.
