Fitness Center

This project was the complete gut and remodel of an existing warehouse to become a Fitness Center. It included the construction of 26,000 SF, approximately 5,000 SF basketball court, 20,000 SF of Fitness Rooms, and 5,000 SF of Locker/Sauna/Restrooms. In addition, we completed a full seismic upgrade and an exterior face-lift, landscaping and parking lot.
