Honeywell-Measurex Consolidation
This project was the consolidation of Honeywell-Measurex from nine (9) existing buildings into four (4) buildings and the construction of a new Manufacturing Building. Over the course of approximately one (1) year MAI renovated/remodeled approximately 170,000 SF of existing/occupied office/lab area and constructed a new 42,000 SF Manufacturing Building with a link between buildings. In addition, we constructed a new 152 stall parking lot for the new building and all associated site work.
