KLA Tencor – Fitness Center
This project scope included the complete demolition and remodel of the existing KLA Tencor Fitness Center, restroom core and multi-purpose room. It encompassed the construction of 6,800 SF, of fitness, weight training, aerobics and massage areas, in addition to a complete new look to the exterior entry and lobby areas. The men’s and women’s restrooms were completely refinished and additional showers and locker rooms were added. We reconfigured the multi-purpose room to accommodate more training area in the fitness center while maintaining a meeting facility for up to 175 people. Total project cost was approximately $750,000 and was completed in less than six weeks.
