Stanford Boahen Lab

This project was a design build conversion of 3,600 SF of open office and storage area to a lab space and office space. New work included a dark room, circuitry lab, faculty office and research area. Research area consisted of custom built workstations with unistrut frames, fluted chase, plastic laminate work stations and heavy power supply. Dark room and circuitry lab consisted of metal lab casework with epoxy resin tops, clean room ceiling tiles and welded epoxy flooring. Work was performed in an occupied, H-occupancy building and completed in 6 weeks.

“MAI completed a very successful project, in both the timely and cost effect manner. They work well as a team member in both the design and construction of the project. They met my standards in quality, coordination, communication and schedule. I look forward to working with this team again.”
