Multi-project
Tasking
With
over 30 years in the general construction business,
and a staffing of over 100 people, MAI is able to work
on your project immediately. Experience when you need
it
knowledge when it counts.
Pre-construction
Phase
During
the initial planning stages, we consult with the owner
and provide advice on construction techniques, feasibility,
and the availability of materials and labor. We assemble
a project team that includes architects, engineers,
specialty contractors and design specialists. We have
developed excellent relationships with local Building
Departments and we will use these relations to expedite
your projects to permit.
Construction
Phase
During
construction, MAI Industries provides all supervision,
labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to successfully
complete the project. The schedule and project costs
are continuously monitored throughout the project. Upon
completion, we provide direction for the check out and
testing of the systems and equipment installed and assist
the owner in the initial start-up and commissioning
of the facility.
Office
Furniture Design and Fulfillment
MAI has been installing owner furnished office furniture
for the past 14 years. MAI has a staff of over 50 installers
and is typically available to start your project with
just one days' notice.
With
MAI as your turnkey General Contractor, and Furniture
Installer, your project will be completed on time with
